Small pellets that could cause a cat to choke if it tried to swallow them.
I don't know what everyone is receiving, but these definitely aren't catnip. From what they look like if you cut them in half i'm guessing that they're dyed and very slightly scented sawdust molded in some kind of resin. The ones i was sent smelled of nothing, which was presumably why the cats weren't at all interested in them. Complete waste of money.
